These programs are available for all business or property owners located within SSA #38, which the Northcenter Chamber is the service provider of.

  • Public Art Grant Program

    The Northcenter Public Art Grant Program is intended to increase vibrancy and add pops of color and joy to our business district. By placing art directly into the public sphere, the program will capture attention, attract foot traffic, and create a sense of place within Northcenter.

  • Security Camera Rebate Program

    The Security Camera Rebate Program is funded by the Special Service Area #38, and administered by the Northcenter Chamber of Commerce. The goal of the Program is to increase safety within SSA #38 by providing a rebate for installing security camera systems on commercial property.
