All Levels Yoga Class - 1 Hour in Length-
Flow through your practice as you deepen your connection to self through poses, breath, rest, and mindfulness. All Levels classes weave in foundational poses while accommodating a broader range of experience levels. Explore creative sequences of sun salutation variations, strengthening standing postures, balance poses, accessible backbends, twists, and mild inversions. Modifications will be offered throughout the practice.
Students must provide mat and props. Pre-registration is required.
