The North Side Summerfest (NSS) will give the hot dog days of summer a righteous send-off, with a full lineup of the areaʼs best bands, a wide selection of arts and crafts and a mouth-watering array of food and HOT DOGS from all corners of the city.

This years NSS will bring the hot dog to a new level, with local spots like sola, Mrs. Murphy & Sons Irish Bistro and Byron's Hot Dogs dishing out their best interpretation of the classic dog. For those of you with a bigger appetite there will be an amateur hot dog eating contest on Sunday at 2:00 p.m., so donʼt forget your elastic pants!

NSS is about as much fun as you could safely pack into three days. Located at one of the most highly visible intersections in Chicago at 4000 North Lincoln Avenue, between Irving Park to Berenice, just south of Irving Park. NSS takes place in the vibrant and populous Northcenter neighborhood, featuring world-class dining, shopping and nightlife.

Around 20,000 people make sure this festival ranks as one of Chicagoʼs favorite neighborhood parties. The eclectic NSS talent roster offers a little something for just about every taste. If music is your thing, weʼ have something to quench your musical thirst.
